A. Boyes v. J. F. Peake.—Claim £4, for rates due to the borough of Caversham.—ln this pre-yiously-he.ird case ju Igment was now given for the. sum claimed, with costs. ' . XV. H. Inglis v. R. A. Dunne.—Claim £13 10s, tor wages as acoountant for four and a-half weeks for the Daily News paper.— Mr A S Adams for plaintiff; Mr XV. D. Stewart for 'defendant.—After evidence his Worship, in giving judgment, said there was no doubt plaintiff had beeu appointed by the printers aud not by the firm with which the defendant was connected J. Marshall v. C. Weavers.~ln this case his \\ orship was called upon to adjudicate in regard to two interpleaders issued by J. Glossop and Keast and M'Carthy and Speight and Co —Mr Solomon appeared in support of the interpleaders, and Mr Hosking for Marshall.—Judgment waa reserved,
