The cricket match Australians v. Sussex was commenced nt Brighton to-day. The attendance was good and the weather splendid. SpolTorih, who sustained injuries in tbo Cambridge match, was absent. Tbe visitors went in lirst and were nil disposed of for 200, Gill'eu (caught, 7!l) being (he highest scorer. The home team in their lirst innings lost, one wicket 'for 21 runs, when play was discontinued lor the day.
