Wellington, May 27.
A private meoting of polioy shareholder in the Colonial Inßilrance Company was held last evening, but the Presß representatives were not admitted. It is, however, understood that a long discussion took place relative to the management of the Company's business by the Board of Directors, ond that in accordance with a resolution whioh was unanimously passed, steps will at onae be taken to coll an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for the purpose of discussing the question of management. About 20 shareholder were present. .
