[By Cable.] (Special to Pbess Association.) Adelaide, March 13th. The John Elder brings Cape papers to the 22nd of February. The destruction of the---head camp at Isardhalwana was caused through the absence of cavalry, and mismanagement of? the forces. There were 800 Europeans, and they had plenty of ammunition and artillery* aud should have been entrenched. Twenty thousand Zulus attacked them. The natives 1 are now agitated, and a decisive success is necessary to establish white superiority.
