(Before I. N. Watt, Esq., R.M.) Robertson n. Andrews.—A claim for 17 days' wages on board the cutter Advance, £2 Bs. It appeared that defendant had refused to pay plaintiff, on the ground tliafe he left his service without notice, and also because he abandoned the vessel without taking precautions to protect her from injury.
