Saturday.; 28th January; (Before His Worship tiie Mayor.)- ---; Drunkenness, &c.—-Ann Hardy for being drunk in Cumberland street at 8 p.m. on tha 27th inst., was fined•: 40s, with the optional term of 14days in gaolj and for using'ob^ 1 scene language at the same time and -place, L 5, or in default, a month's imprisonment.
