Sir—Observing in your issue of this morning a letter signed Robert Stout, reflecting on Mr Macandrew and his. meeting at the Water of Leith pn Saturday last, I claim, as one who .was presentjto contradict the assertion made by Mr Stout that the said meeting was a packed one.
