The imrkcts havo been, very fl.tt today, and there ia extremely little to report. Transactions have bean, w.tb. ec.ircely any exception, only o£ miscellaneous goods for absolute requirements, buyers, as usual, at the end of a month, seeking to throw purchases forward into the next. There are no changes worth noting in tho values of any of tho staples, or any alteration ia prospects for any particular items. In breadstuHs, we hear of a limited trade in Californian and Chilian floor at about

Liquids of all descriptions are very doll, and in malt liquors in particular sales to any extent are only practicable at pries much telow nominal quotations. Dried fruita are in fair de. mand, and several moderate sales of currants are reported at a shade telow 4d. tha old congous in stock, there have been quittances of fine descriptions at full prices. By auction, nothing has gone forward in such goods as bear a standard value.
