Sra—Having, with many others, to pass down that part of St. Andrew street, between George and King streets, several times a day, and not liking to be always over the tops of my boots in mad," I should very much like to see the path covered with "what might be , called gravel and young boulders," or even old boulders.—Yours, &c, Another Ratepayer.
