The districts in which these Lands are situate lave only recently been acquired from the Native proprietors, and no land has been sold in tbem let. Tho township of Clyde, consisting of about 600 town -sections. This township will be sold by publio auction, and o-dcrs unusual advantages for investment. It is situate on tbe Wairoa, a river navigable for many miles from its month, with a back country, containing large blocks of rich agricultural land, and also En extensive pastoral district. The Provinrial f.overnmeDt ha y» about two hundred thousand acres in this district to open up for settlement; tbe whole of this oountry ia »t present unoccupied and will be offered to public competition. 2nd. Suburban land adjoining the township of Clyde. This district will be laid out in lets of from ten to sixty acres, Bnd is nearly a'l rich agricultural land, a great deal of it abuttiDe on the Wairoa River. It will be disposed of by public auction. -3rd.
