REPOBT of the DIRECTOHS of the Liverpool and London Fire and Life Insurance Company, to the Twenty-Eighth Annual General Meeting of the Proprietors, held pursuant to the Provisions of the Deed of Settlement, on the 25th day of February, 1864, in the Compaq's Offices, Liverpool. The Bill is before Parliament for confirming the amalgamation, and the Directors hope to be ahle to report to the next annual meeting of the proprietors tnat the requisite authority has been obtained, and that the transaction is completed. The Directors who retire at this meeting, by rotation are Mr Ash ton, Mr Brancker, Mr Brocklebank, Mr Ewart.
