N.B.—The production of a new five act play, is no slight undertaking, but the Management believe, that this piece fully warrants the attempt. The plot of the novel has been preserved as far as was consistent with dramatic effect. It must indeed be felt by every person who has read the book, that the wonderful interest sustained throughout this great work, eminently suits it for dramatic representation.
