STR RUPERT CLARKE'S PICNIC. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyrioht.l (Per Press Association..) Sydney, July 8. Sir Rupert Clarke's Papuan expedition was reported on 28th May to have penetrated 500 miles up the Fly- River. The natives were friendly but tph.v. Game was plentiful. The prospectors .so far have discovered no traces*- or gold.
