The International Radiographic Congress at London has inaugurated . a movement in favor of international action to make daily wireless reports ot weather conditions at sea compulsory, with a view to estimating the track and speed of storms. It is proposed _to initiate a scheme by which Atlantic operators on steamers in the eastward half of the ocean will be asked to transmit reports to London and those in tne westward half to Washington.
