CLYDESDALE SOCIETY.
(Per Press Association.) • Dunedin, June 1. ' A meeting of those interested in the formation of a Clydesdale Horse Society for New Zealand was held in the offices of the A. and P. Society this evening. After discussion the- meeting affirmed the desirability of forming such a society on the same lines as the Clydesdale Horse Society of Great Britain and Ireland. Another meeting will be held at the winter show time in August, when a representative body of breeders will be in Dunedin.
