Sir, —I notice by yesterday's Christ-, c-hurch papers that at tlxe Magistrate's Court on the preceding day no fewer than ten cyclists wer® each fined 10s and costs for riding cycles after sunset' without lights attached, five others were each fined 7s and costs for riding' on the footpaths, and one person was fined 5s and costs for not having an alarm bell attached to his bifee.
