(Peb Pkess Association.) "Wellington, June 1. The case in which A. B. Reynolds claimed £3OOO damages from the Crown, alleging wrongful dismissal from the Customs Department, was concluded in the Supreme Court to-day, judgment being given for the Crown with costs. Leave wag - reserved to petition to move within 28 days to have the judgment set aside, and a stay of execution was granted for that time.'
