SUPREME COURT.

Dunedin, May 16. At the Supreme Court to-day George Timmings was acquitted on a charge of committing perjury at Oamaru on February 13th. Neil William Nicolson was charged with stealing certain water on February 21 at St. Bathans, the property of the Scandinavian Water Race Company. This case was unfinished when the Court rose.
