ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.

Rotorua, May 15 A Maori named Hoora, burned in his tent on Saturday through leaving a candle alight, has died. Wellington, May 15.
Harold Wallstrom, seven years of age, the only son of Mr A. G. Wallstrom, a resident of Petone, was killed on the Hutt road near Petone railway station this afternoon through being rim over by a motor car. The boy was returning home from school, and hanging on behind an express. He did not see the motor car approaching, and moved from' behind the express just as the car went past. The motor was driven by Robert Parker, of Wellington. Timaru, May 15. Mr Millichamp, florist, of Ashburton, met with a painful accident to-night, sustaining a broken leg through colliding with, a motor car at Cave. He was on his'way to Fairlie at the time, and was riding a motor cycle.
