Tile full Court reserved its', judgment in an important case arising out of the late local option poll. At the 1907 elect;on the Leichardt electors voted reduction, and at the last election voted continuance. The point at issue is whether the last nullified the previous vote, giving the hotels voted' out m 1907 the right to keep open. The case was a test one. Altogether 172 hotels ,are affected,. ,representing property 'valued at neatly, .£IOO,OOO.
