To-day's acknowledgments amount to £250, irrespective of JVliss Grace Palotta's auction at the Town Hall, which produced brisk demand for matinee seats. .".-• Later. • Further donations bring to-day's total up to £500; Miss Palotta's auction resulted in all the seats being sold from £2 2s to 3s 6d for a pit seat.
