COMPETITIVE DESIGNS.
(Per Press Association.) Wellington, March 17. The Council of the New Zealand Institute of Architects yesterday decided to send a. strong protest to the Government in regard to the conditions governing the proposed competition for the new Parliamentary Buildings. It is felt that the conditions fall far short of what is-required J;o ensure fair coin petition.
