Two more charges are to be heard. tilenheiin, December 5. •- Mr Morance, S.M., gave judgment for plaintiff for £2OO (full amount and costs) in the case Jackson v. Baldick and others, claim for value of a whale lost by the plaintiff's party in Queen Charlotte Sound and found 'by defendant. Notice of appeal was given- by each of the defendants, and the case will come before the Chief Justice this week.
