WOMEN'S SUFFRAGE.

In the House of Commons Mr Haldane, supporting Mr Shackleton's Suffrage Bill, dwelt on the pressing social questions wherein women's voice in Parliament was indispensable. Messrs W. H. Long and Belloe opposed the proposal, while the Hon. A. Lyttelton, Lol-d Hugh Cecil, and Mr Keir Hardie supported it. The division is expected to-night. Mr Dillon has given notice of motion for the reduction by two millions of the shipbuilding vote.
