Mr Sidev intends to introduce a New Zealand Standard Time Bill for -which lie has received support from all parts of the Dominion. His proposal's that from 2 a.m. of the last Sunday in September until 2 a.m. in tlie last Sunday in March, in each year standard, time shall be one hour in advance of New Zealand mean time, and from 2 a.m. on the last Sunday in March until 2 a.m. on the last Sunday, in-September standard time shall be the same as New Zealand mean time.
