By Telegraph. (From Our Own Correspondent.) Wellington, July 5. DAYLIGHT SAVING. Mr Sidev intends to introduce a New Zealand Standard Time Bill for -which lie has received support from all parts of the Dominion. His proposal's that from 2 a.m. of the last Sunday in September until 2 a.m. in tlie last Sunday in March, in each year standard, time shall be one hour in advance of New Zealand mean time, and from 2 a.m. on the last Sunday in March until 2 a.m. on the last Sunday, in-September standard time shall be the same as New Zealand mean time.
SUBDIVISION OF,RUNS. Mr Forbes has already asked what has become of the report on the subdivision of the southern runs, and a deputation will wait on Sir J. G. Ward on ; Thursday on -the subject.;;- . : ;.;
