In the Bankruptcy Court Mr Gurr, the official assignee in the estate of : Greenaway, formerly of Dannevirke, but now of the United States, applied to have a block of land near Sydney vested in him, which. Greenaway held as trustee for the assignee. The application was granted. Received June 22, at 9.50 a.m. Sydney,: June 22. The Bankruptcy Court adjudged certain land at Thornleigh, tho property of William Francis Greenaway, formerly of Dannevirke, New Zealand, to be the property of the Official Assignee in Greeuaway's estate, and divisible amongst his creditors.

A representative meeting adopted resolutions of sympathy with and respect for Robert and William Harper, Brock, and Kemp, recently acquitted on charges of conspiracy, condemning the harassing indignity to which they were subjected, and urging the appointment of a Royal Commission to enquire into the circumstances of the case.
