The steamer Clan Maclntyre has arrived at London and reports that it received the Waratah's last signal on the morning of the-27th July: "Goodbye." No further information has conio to hand respecting the lifebelts found near Cape Maria Van Dieincn, but it is .pointed out that tlie belts may have been washed off the deck of a" passing steamer. Mokoia" painted on.it. It camo ashore close to where the 25 life-belts were found two or three days ago. The Mokoia left Auckland "for Sydney on Monday night, and is due at tho latter port to-night. It is thought that an empty fruit case was cither washed or thrown' overboard from her on the previous trip to Auckland.
