The Moonee "Valley stewards have endorsed the disqualification of T„; Gv- Muir, the owner, and the racehorse The Tola, referred back by the committee of the V.R.C., but reduced the punishment of S. Cook, the jockey, to six months' suspension. Flemington, November 3.
The weather is muggy and overcast this morning, and a change to a southwest wind, with squally and showery weather, Is predicted.
