The hearing of the charge of shooting Mrs Dick against Mrs Mac William produced a very unpleasant scene in the S.M. Court. Accused continually interrupted the witnesses, and when Mrs Dick appeared loaded her with foul abuse, accusing her of robbery ann to on. So persistent was she that Mr Kenny at length consulted with Mr Skerrett, who appeared for the Crown, as to whether it would not be possible to remove the woman, and go on with the case in her absence, but this, of course, was not found feasible, and there was nothing for it but to proceed.
