SPECIAL TELEGRAM.
(FROM OCK OVr'X COKEESPO>*n2NT.) WELLINGTON. March 26. At a Cabinet meeting to-day it was decided that the Premier should accept the invitation to be present at the record reign celebrations. Parliament is to be called together on Tuesday week, April 6th, when the necasiary sanction will be given and supplies passed. Parliament, it is expected, will re-assemble in September. The Premier had a conference with Captain Russell last night when the course of business at the short session, it is understood, was arranged. The session wilt conclude before Easter. Mr Seddon left for Danevirke by the noon train and will return to-morrow at noon, travelling by special train.
