♦ (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (pee united press association.) Received September 12, at 10.40 a.m. London, September 11. The quantity of wheat and flour afloat for the United Kingdom is 2.280,000 quarters, fot the Continent 700,000. The estimated visible supply is 4,760,000 bushels. The Lindisfarne's cargo of Victorian wheat sold at 235. The Southern Cross which- has arrived at Gravesend, lost altogether 52 bullocks, 82 sheep, and one horse. The rest arrived in good condition. The supply of fodder was just sufficient for the voyage. The mortality was due to exposure and heavy weather round Cape Horn, also to overcrowding. Only three of the bullooks on the upper deck died.
