COMMERCIAL.
Oamaru Mail Office,
Saturday afternoon.
The markets, generally, throughout the week have been dull and lifeless. This is especially so of the wheat market, transactions being-few and far between. Prices, nevertheless, keep firm. The quantity on sellers' hands is now somewhat limited. Oats are a little firmer and some transactions are recorded. Barley is very quiet. Potatoes remain very slack. Other lines unaltered.
