London, July 3. The Trades Council are quarrelling over the labor candidates, and there is also some discontent- in the ranks of the dockers over the elections. The mines affected will be the Proprietory, British, Block No. 10, Central, South, and North J unction. The Round Hill smelters and surface hands have also decided to strike. The total number of men called out- is about six thousand.
