A tremendous storm has boon experienced at Grafton, on the Clarence River, New South Wales. A tornado struck the western side of the town, and immense damage was done to buildings. The cropß In the district were cut down, houses were unroofed, and several persons were reported as lnjored by the falling debris. Received December 3, at 0.25 p m. Melbourne, Deoember 3. The Government haß deolded to offer a bonus on butter exported from Victoria to England. The amount of bonus roaohea from Id to 3d per lb, regulated aooording to the price at whioh the artiole Is sold In the Home market.
