The prirc : pa! alterations are : The transfer to London of the head cffic, the registered fffice still remaining at Ohriatchurch. There are to be two bcardß cf directors one in London and soother in Christchnrch ; the London B)ard to have the supreme financial control and man»gement of the administrative commercial sffiirs of the Company, except in the New Zealand, Anstralia, Tasmania, and lalauda of the Pacific ; the New Z aland Bjard to have (be managemeat of the ommercial affiira of trie Company in New Zealand, eta The New Zealand Board is to be represented on the London Board by a die c>r nominated by the Board in New Z aland, and tbe London Board is to have a similar nomination on the New Z -aland Board.
