In answer to a paragraph which appeared m Melbourne and New Zealand "Truth" recently referring to a certain letter which was according to their statement found by some person m a street m Melbourne and was handed over to them and supposed to contain two prize tickets drawn m one of our Consultations of recent date, which was forwarded to us from one of our New Zealand clients for payment which had been done by us, our letters passing each other on the way his with the tickets m, and_ours with the Butts and the Prize Money m, both being Registered. Evidently the letter addressed to us was stolen by someone and on opening same and finding nothing of any value m the envelope must have discarded same with the result as published m "Truth." We have no axe to grind with the "Truth" people, but wish to state that we have been m business for the past seven years continuously, and can truthfully say that we have never failed to meet our obligations and we have had many over and above our advertised Prize Monies which are always paid m full, and promptly as our Bank Books and Post Office Registration Books will prove and show to whom all the bigger prizes are sent, but we are very sorry that we cannot publish the full names and addresses of principal priza winners as we used to do but the law forbids and we must protect our clients and ourselves from too many penalties, hoping above will suffice. Each book contains 25 tickets return £1 for each 25 tickets sold or pro rata. Please return if not required. When remitting, as far as possible make payment by cheque to a number and marked "Not Negotiable" or by money order made payable tortile undersigned, this will, be more satisfactory to you and a convenience t.o us m saving letters' going Astray.
