When Gold Light arid Nigger Minstrel were bracketed as deadheat for first place m the Eclipse Stakes at Wanganui, the .big majority of people were ■ satisfied. - However, the writer of a Southern paper was not, and he reckons the decision should have gone to Nigger Minstrel.
