For "Truth" Championship Belt

Three weeks back "Truth" announced that the Trustees of the estate of the late John Norton had, on a recent visit to New Zealand, donated i championship belt for competition. This week we publish the conditions governing the belt, which is at present m the hands of one oJL' New Zealand's leading jewellers. The conditions are as under: — ,1. : The belt shall be . emblematic of the championship of New Zealand m the lightweight class. 2. Only a British, or a naturalised British subject, who has been such, and has resided within the Dominion of New Zealand, for not less than twelve months, may compete for the New Zealand ".Truth" championship belt. ■' 6. The belt will at all time until won' outright m accordance with these, conditions, remain the sole property of the.
