PLUNKET SHIELD FINAL
WELLINGTON TEAM SELECTED TO MEET AUCKLAND. Mr Ken. Tucker (solo selector) has chosen tho following twelve players to travel to Auckland for tho Plunket Shield final, Auckland v. Wellington, commencing on Saturday, January 22nd: \V. S. Brice (Petonc, captain), H. M. McGirr (Hutt), II J. Kortlang (Thorndon), J, S. Hiddleston (Wellington), F. T. Badeock (Kilbirnie), T. C. Lowry, and It. do Ik Worker' (Hawke's Baj'), C. »S. Dempster (Wanganui), A. M. Hollings ('Varsity), Iv. James (Old Boys), 11. N. Lambert' (Gold Boys), and M. Henderson (Y.M.C.A.). Mr Roy Johnston accompanies the team as manager. It is understood that the team for the English tour will be finally selected at tho conslusion of this match, and that tho New Zealand selectors will travel with the team.
