CAMBRIDGE PUTTING MATCH WETHERED BEATS GILLIES. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. LONDON, January 9. Many distinguished amateurs (including several former champions) competed at the annual president’s putter competition, under the auspices of the Oxford and Cambridge Golfing Societv. The result was that AVethered beat Gillies 2 to 1.
