ENGLISH TENNIS TEAM
VISIT TO NEW ZEALAND NEXT YEAR NORMAN BROOKES HOPEFUL. Australian anti N.Z. Cable A-social ion. (Received August 29, 11.5 p.m.) LONDON, August 29. Mr Norman Brookes, Mie famous tennis player, will sail for Australia by the Mauretania. He said he was hopeful that an English tennis team would visit Australia in the summer *>f 1927, travelling via America and New Zealand, playing matches there ss well as in Australia. The Americans, he said, would probably send a team to Australia in the coming winter. It is understood that Mrs Godfree, formerly Miss Kitty McKane, may be included in the English team.
