FIRE IN CITY
SHOP AND DWELLING DAMAGED At 7.5 tt.m. yesterday the Fire Brig* ade received a call to No. 165, Cuba street, a concrete wood and iron fiveroonted, two-storied shop and dwelling, which is owned by the T. G. Macarthy estate. It is occupied by Thomas O’Brien. It is supposed that the Are started through fat boiling over. The kitchen, on the first floor, and its contents were slightly damaged by fire and water. The building is insured in the National Insurance for £I4OO, and the stock in trade, household furniture, and fittings for £4200.
