FRENCH CUSTOMS DUTIES
INCREASED 30 PER CENT. Reuter’s Telegram. PARIS, August 15. A new decree increases Customs duties 30 per cent., except duties on tobaccos, newsprint, and cellulose used in the manufacture of paper, of sausages, and certain cheeses. Another decree authorises a duty of 45 francs per hectilitre on various mineral oils
