PROVISIONS OF NEW TREATY CONCILIATION FOR DISPUTES. Published in “Tho Tlmpu MADRID, August 13. The signatories to the Itaio-Spanish Treaty, which lasts for 10 years, undertake to submit any differences, firstly, to a conciliation commission, and thereafter to The Hague or some other tribunal. Each contracting party agrees to observe neutrality if a third Power attacks the other.
