POSSESSED OF FIREARMS
OFFENDER IMPRISONED. Per Press Association. INVERCARGILL, July 23. In tho Police Court to-day. Leslie Edyvoan, who was arrested with three revolvers—one loaded —and two sheathknives in bis possession, was charged with being found by night with offensive weapons. He pleaded guilty, and was sentenced to fourteen days’ imprisonment. Ho admitted to the police that he broke into the Ford premises at Christchurch and stoic a ear and other goods.
