The touring Soccer team from England defeated a team representative of tho province of Quebec by 5 goals to 3. WELLINGTON ASSOCIATION A TRIAL MATCH. In anticipation of the representative match to be played against Auckland on Juno 26tli, the following teams will play a trial game on Juno 3rd at Kelburh Park, at 10 a.m.: — "A” team (green and black).—Goal, V. McVcan; backs, E. Fitzgerald and Roberts; halves, N. McArthur, D. McKee, J. Burke; forwards, Stevens. M. McKlligoll, J. Lothian (captain), C. Ballard, W. Cudby. "B” team (black).—Goal, A.
