SOVIET’S AVIATION PLANS AMBITIOUS PROGRAMME. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received April 29, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, April 29. Soviet Russia is organising spectacular long-distance flights by Soviet-built aircraft, says tho “.Morning Post.” Little at present is known concerning the extent of Russia’s aviation progress, beyond the fact that its programme is the most ambitious in tli6 world.
