ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING The annual general meeting ot the Orphans Club was held in tho Masonic Hall, Boulcott street. Dr. fznrd presiding. A very enthusiastic meeting was held, and the club looks forw...d with confidence to a most successful year. His Excellency the Governor-Genera, is the patron of the club, the vice-pre-sidents being Colonel J. J. Esson, Dr. Izard, and Orphan C. C. Odhn. Orphan M. A. Carr was elected president; Orphans W. 11. Bennett. E. J. Colley. Dr. Carberrv, I). McLaren. \V. (>. Mclntosh. W. C. Robinson, vicepresidents; Orphans li. Cook. H. Godier, G. (’hri'dic. H. Liardet. B. Suns, E. A. Herron, F. Edwards, and P. D. T'nrrhnm as exerulive members; Orphan A. Stanley Warwick was doited lion, secretary; Orphan J. H. Mr* ll**nv, bon. treasurer; Orphan G.
