New Zealand—Coloured: April 24th, 92s to 94s per cwt (9jd to lOd); April 17th, 95s to 97s per cwt (10$d to lOjd). White: April 24tn, 92s to 93s per cwt (9Jd to lOd); April 17th, 95s to 96s per cwt (10-}d). Australian—Coloured: April 24th, - 88 a tn 93s per cwt (9id to lOd): April 17th, 92s to 94s per cwt to lOd). Shipment of New Zealand produce arrived this week per s.s. Norfolk. CASEIN. Bradford market quiet, but firm for fine crossbred and merino. Tops position, medium and coarse crossbred, not satisfactory on account of limited Continental demand. Present quotations arc:—so’s (fine crossbred). 2s lsd per lb; Id’s (prepared), lb Ssd; other* unchanged. APPLES. Market quiet owing to large quantitie* of all descriptions available. Norfolk now landed and opening up in good con. dition, no salcss as yet. Small quantity previous shipments still unsold, principally inferior Cox’s Orange. Present quotations are:—Cox’* Orange, 12s to 14v per case; Worcester Pearmain. 8e 6d to 10s per case; Dunn’s Favourite, !0s to 13s per case. Puling prices for Australian varieties, 8s to 10s. TALLOW. Spot market firm and prices are advancing. Present quotations are:— Mutton.- Fine, 44s to 45s per cwt; fair [to good, 42s 6d to 43s 6d per cwt; dark to dull, 40s to 41s per cwt. Beef: Sweet and/or mixed, 42s 9d to 43s 6d per cwt; fair to good, 41s 6d to 42s 9d; dark, to 'dull, 38?« 6d to 40s. Mixed: Fair to good, 4ls to 42a UcL dark to dull, 88a 6d to 40s.
