ACTION CONTEMPLATED
HARBOUR BOARD’S VIEWS. Per Press Association. GISBORNE, March 11. The Harbour 'Board held in investigation to-day into the expenditure occasioned by the repairs to the dredge Korua ana the tug Pelican. After various reports and lengthy corres. pondenoe had been read, members expressed the opinion that tho board, through no fault of its own or of its servants, had been badly treated in connection with the survey of the vessels ; and resolutions were passed to' confer with solicitors' with n view to taking action, presumably against the Marine Department
